2 lbs frozen peas (thawed)
½ bunch cilantro (washed and most stems trimmed off)
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ C lime juice
2 T rice vinegar
2 T soy sauce
1 t ground cumin
¼ t red pepper flakes
Put everything in blender or food processor and blend
