Sexton Spinach Balls

Ingredients:
2 packages chopped spinach, cooked and drained1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 cups Pepperidge Farm (or similar) Herb Stuffing Mix
2 onions (chopped fine)
3/4 cup (yes 1.5 sticks) butter, melted
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tblsp minced garlic
(shouldn't need salt but you can add a dash or 2 if you like)
