Cilantro-Green Chili Rice

Ingredients:
1 quart chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 small can of diced chilies
1 small onion
4 cups of minute rice

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together (except for the rice) in a food processor. Bring liquid to a boil. Add rice and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
